The lawyer
Twenty years
of defence
Rachid Mohamed Hammu has defended criminal cases in Spain since 2003, in high-profile and complex matters before provincial courts, the Audiencia Nacional and the Supreme Court. He holds a Doctorate in Law with distinction (cum laude) and lectures in Criminal Law at the University of Granada.
Before focusing on defence, he sat as a judge in Ceuta and served as a public prosecutor in Cádiz: he knows how a judgment is written and how a prosecution is built. The Spanish Supreme Court has praised the "impeccable legal technique" of his appeals in its published judgments. More about the lawyer.
